Peter R. Brown Construction, Inc. the Construction Management firm for the FSU Johnston Hall Renovation and Expansion Project sponsored a meet and greet activity hosted by FSU Human Resources Supplier Diversity Program. The Small, Minority, Women and/or Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises that attended the event were greeted by staff from FSU & Peter R. Brown Const. A PowerPoint presentation of the project overview, bid opportunities for small businesses, and bid package review was shown with an emphases noting the bid packages by division and those divisions that did not require bonding. In addition, a handout was provided that further identified opportunities for small businesses under the “General Trades” division of the bid packages.

Everyone participated in networking their line of business, while enjoying refreshments.
